Billy 1.3 is an effective music player that does without the usual interfaces, designer skins or dozens of normal functions, so in reality it does without almost everything to concentrate on functionality.



It has support for MP3, WAV and OGG and doesn`t even appear to use system resources. You can administer thousands of audio files with the mouse or keyboard, and it has its own file renamer, playlist creator and even a timer to program the automatic shutdown of the program at a certain time.
